Your data room will be the central source of truth for your business during your capital raise. Having a well-organised, thorough data room will put you in great stead when engaging with investors — and you will thank yourself later when you can respond to information requests within the hour, rather than the month.
<aside> 💡 This is a standard seed-Series A data request, and for earlier rounds you need similar things., but less as you have less need for things earlier. You may not have all of these right now, but try for as much as you can that is relevant to your company. There are data room tools you can use (see here) but this is perfectly fine if you want to stick old school.
